well i need the most whiteish pernament hair color in box color...well can someone give me a website that has that color .i need a brand that they sell at wal mart..also i need it pernament but nothing too pernament..so i probably need something cheapp...thank u

do u mean the color white or a hair color that white people have? and nothing is permanent but not too permanent. anything like that will give you roots, you can get a wash out hair color. look on the book the last maybe a few weeks and they fade away leaving no roots, just your natural hair color. Herbal Essences have nice semi-permanent colors, and Clairol is and old and trusted name, with nice colors, both sold in wal-mart type stores. follow the directions and good luck

If you lighten your hair at all it will be permanent. The hair color at Wal mart is a good price, why not get something there.

If you use cheap bleach product you will fry your hair and regret it later in life when you wonder why your hair isnt smooth and sleek instead it will be wiry and hay like. Find a friend or someone who is professional and can do it cheap

Just be careful. My cousin went too crazy with the desire to be blonde and fried her scalp. Yuck. Leaky blisters are so not attractive.
