Islam's view of other religions is balanced, realistic and moderate. Islam doesn't view other religions as being either completely true nor completely false, but believes that all true religions were at one time divinely revealed. However, over time the teachings of the various religions, due to a variety of reasons, have become distorted and mixed with made-man ideas. But nonetheless, Muslims are required to be tolerant of other revealed religions since the Qur'an clearly says: "Let there be no compulsion in religion".

nope. i wouldnt call it love either but we dont hate for no reason. and if you hear some clergies filled with hate (not for all religions though), then that can be for 2 reasons. the killing of muslims in the world today on the pretext of "self-defense". two: they are not well learned in Islam's teachings of love and justice and tolerance.

i think hate is a human thing. you cant hate for no reasons. i wish people got past that stage and started coming with solutions than fostering hate...as it is not a good and such a negative emotion. hate breeds hate. (normally at least)

Definitely not all muslims! But by and large the muslim clergy seems to be a hate filled bunch. I pity the poor god-fearing humanity loving muslims who have such rotten priests. (The priests seem to get paid for spewing invective against other religions).

Muslims are human, and human are not perfect, but Islam as a religion does not motive us to hate any religion.

The Muslim holy book teaches us to be tolerant of everyone and their religion. It also teaches us to love unconditionally and never hate, except the hatred of Shaytaan (Satan) and his evil ways. This is because Shaytaan is the sworn enemy of mankind for eternity and we should not feel any sympathy for the devil.
