Disconnet the battery. Reconnect the battery at midnight. If the clock only has a 12 hour cycle [no am or pm] then you can do this either at midnight or noon.

Since you don't have the owner's manual apparently, try holding the buttons in for 5 seconds or so until the display does something different. Maybe you can figure out what each button does. That's what I usually do with my Ford's when I'm sitting in traffic and the clock needs setting. It's an interesting challenge to see if you can figure out what the buttons do.
