I believe it does! Jesus is quoted as saying give back to Ceasar what is Ceasers. Monica should have given it up for Mr. Clinton, He's a heck of a guy and a real role model for all men everywhere. Right in the Whitehouse! Go Billy, go Billy, it's your birthday, every day day!

I think the Bible's advice for him is this:

Warning:

Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind (I Corinthians 6:9)

Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. ( Hebrews 3:4)
