The internet is a breeding ground for fat lazy persons to search for the magic way to cure their weight problem. Seems like people are beginning to HATE physical activity these days. I actaully answered a question asked by a 60 year old woman who was trying to find a way to drop 60lbs fast. I gave her a very informative answer on ways to easily change your lifestyle that is right for you. Did she choose my answer?? Nope. She chose the answer of somebody who told her to cut out what she eats by 50%. Okay this will work if your eating 3500 calories a day. This method is also more prone to cheating and ultimatly failing. I'm so happy to see a question like this one...if only all those people repetitivly asking for a quick fix would read this. The American public as a whole needs to become more active, watch less TV, and become less obsessed with losing weight. Maybe if we were't spending all our time on the internet searching for diet pills we would have more time to get active.

Cuse most people that asks these sorts of questions are stupid, ignorant, naive and incredibly lazy. They want magic to happen so that they can continue their poor lifestyle instead of doing the obvious and becoming more active.
Even if they could get their guts open and their intestines removed so that they can lose weight, if they keep chomping twinkies all day and travel on electric wheelchairs everywhere they will become overweight again infinitely until they get: diabetes, become blind, get their legs chopped off, get a tube inserted into their arms to clean up their blood for hours at a time for the rest of their shortened lives because of kidney failure, serious brain damage, paralysis, etc.. and just hope they can die already because they are suffering so much so that their bodies can be buried in a piano box.
If you want to really lose weight, you should do what I do: Eat small meals all day long instead of two huge meals, eat junkfood only on occasion, avoid saturated fats, use olive oil and dairy fats instead, eat in smaller plates and bowls so you can't stuff as much food anyways, eat very slowly so that you feel filled up with less food, eat dried fruits instead of cookies (I LOVE dried cranberries!!!), etc...
Pasta and rice are good filling that doesn't fatten you up either. Eat less read meat, eat more fish and bird meat.
Avoid using your car unless it's absolutely needed. Walk, ride a bike, travel by subway. If you city's subway has electric escalators next to normal stairs, use the normal stairs. It's always the fat people that ride the escalators. I wonder why.
This week I've been travelling everywhere by subway and climbing up hoards of stairs, I swear I must have walked a 10K last week!!! My leg muscles are starting to really come back too.
If half people changed their habits and do what I do, they'd be amazed to see their weight slowly but surely burn up and hunky looking muscles start to pop up.

Losing weight is difficult and most are looking for a quick fix to this problem. It is difficult to tell yourself 'No' when your body is saying "YES!" to bad food choices.
People want to lose weight but they want to continue eating the way they are which is why they look for the "magic pill" to do the work for them.
Every year Americans invest billions of dollars in weight loss diets and gimmicks, many of which yield few results. However, the lure of quick, easy weight loss is hard to resist. Despite ineffective tools, most hopeful consumers are willing to give the next weight loss fad a chance.

Everyone needs a quick fix. No one wants to wait and take the time to do anything. These people don't understand that fad diets can only ruin the body.

I know what you mean, the questions and answers are so repetitive.
Losing weight correctly takes time. People want to take short cuts.
It took me about a year to drop 15 pounds by running. People here seem to want to do that in a few weeks.
