In what way? I mean pure oxygen is technically toxic but I would not say oxygen is unhealhy.
Weetos are not as healthy as say pure oat bran, raw organic turnip, carrot juice smoothie or other health foods. But compared to junk like Big Mac, Cola, fried chips or chewits they are pretty damn healthy.
I'd say it's best to have them once or twice a week and something more healthy the rest of the time like say plain cornflakes or bran flakes.

Yes. most elaborate cereals are a big con. Packed full of refined sugar, colourings and additives.
