I found more truth in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
I started to read and understand the bible, the Catholic Church does not follow the doctrine of Jesus Christ as proclaimed by the prophets and Jesus himself.
I also prayed to know the truth and received it.

Where does it say that it is a sin to be a lapsed Catholic or any other religion?
Only Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the LIFE...See John 14:6.
Religion is man's (futile) way to get to heaven.
By the way, I'm a born-again Xtian and I don't need to pay tithes to anyone in a religious garb to be saved.

Yes. About the same time I stopped believing in Santa Clause. Jesus was not anymore or less divine than anyone else who has ever existed.

Jesus has forgiven me. That's why I stay away from the beast in Revelation. The Antichrist who claims to forgive sins.

I was baptized Catholic this past Easter. It shouldn't be a matter of being forgiven. Nurturing that relationship is a great thing to do for yourself.

No..never have been. No desire to be...why would I want to turn away from Christ and worship His mom?
