I asked that to make a point to my daughter who sits here with me, she wanted to know why everyone couldnt get along on this issue. Trust me by no means are we a racist family as my daughter will tell you. (She dosent like white boys and will be the first to tell you this) And I accept whomever she dates. But this illegal immigration issue will never be solved so why fight about it. About 75 percent of all the American population had grandparents or great grandparents that immigrated here for a better life. The only true American is the American Indian. And yes all men can beat and cheat but where Im from you see it more in the mexican population. When it comes to Politics and Religion no one will ever agree...but isnt that what makes America so grand?

its the number of illegals we are under an INVASION..this country is in trouble and its all because of illegal immigrants our jobs are being stolen our welfare systems are being depleted our taxes are being robbed by people thats not suppose to be here we have to abide by our laws and letting them stay and saying well its ok americas a melting pot is not fixing the problem if anything its made it worse now america has been backed into a corner and has no way out but to fight instead of aknowledging they have done america wrong they are actually standing in our faces and daring us to do something about it and thats exactly what america will do in the end they are awakening the sleeping giant

Our education and services in border states are failing, and now in other areas where illegals concentrate, as well. Mexico and numerous other countries do not provide the 'free' education to poor people that we pay for for all here. Poor people here do not pay for it but are subsidized by taxes of those who are not poor
We can not pay to educate the poor of the world just because their own countries do not choose to do it
I shouldn't have to send my kids to private school because the LAUSD student body is swollen by some estimates to be as much as 40% illegal immigrants and children of illegal immigrants. How can a school district survive such a burden and provide quality education for the children of those who are paying for it?
I understand that on average my family pays more than $1300 a year to subsidize illegal immigrants in California, from studies done. This is not what gets me so up in arms. The $30,000 per year it would cost to send my kids to private school, which I am having to look at as early as middle school, which I cannot afford and which would not be necessary if we were not supporting education for this huge number of illegal immigrants children, that is what I have a real problem with.
We should take care of our own and enforce our laws to make sure that happens.

Illegal immigration does NOT make America grand, it has the complete opposite effect.
As to why fight, because the American Spirit cannot be extinguished, even by legislation, and this is far from over, it's only been three months since the May protest, and you haven't seen anything yet.

As far as your claim that the only true American is an American Indian - well, okay, only if they fought en mass in the revolution and helped write the Constitution or write the Bill of Rights. Hmmm... No. No. and No.

Madam. I don't know who or what you may be but your question/observations seem deeply misguidied and personally troubling to me, as I am "assuming" you maybe a citizen of the USA.
Please don't think that because no one agrees with each other ...that it is RIGHT to be WRONG!
It is each and every USA citizens obligation and duty to do what is known to be right by the statutes of the Laws of the USA.
THAT, is what makes our country great. It is because this is not being done properly now that such a division and apparent chaos is upon us. We MUST get back in alignment and do the right thang.
Suggest to your daughter she'll have to put on her color blind glasses when she starts dating in the future, if she want to have a righteous life and future in the USA.

We will always fight crime. The criminals always claim innocence, they are misunderstood, they were framed.
The law is what it is.
If you want to change it, fine. Meanwhile, adhere to it, obey it, don't say it's OK to defy it.

well yea its true that we are all muts of different countries but the new Mexican immigration is kinda getting out of hand mainly b/c they don't give the majority of their own money back to the American economy they send it back to Mexico.
