Me and my boyfriend had sex and he got me pregnant and he wants me 2 keep tha baby but i dont want any kids rite now. I dont kno if i should tell my parents or not im afraid wat they might say or do.
Hes 17 and im 14 but is it true that he can go 2 jail for havin sex with me ?
He kinda pressured me into havin sex wit him and im wondering is that rape or not?

you have to tell your parents before your secret reveals its self and it will you need medical attention. please tell your parents they will be mad but it wont last you need their support

Whether it's true that he can go to jail most likely depends on the state you livein, but you're both miners so I dunno. If you say it's rape, then it is. But if you willinly had sex even if he pushed a lttle, then it isn't rape. Definetly tell your parents. You are very young, and I feel bad for you, and it may be hard to hear it, but you should probably give the baby up for adoption. The real world is hard enogh when you're young, having a kid will make it almost impossible for you to succeed. After you give the baby up, just try being more responsible, or this will happen again. I hear that some girls get pregnant on purpose to keep a man, but trust me thats not the way to win his love, if he doesn't want to be with you then you are better off without them.

If you are questioning your actions or his.....You were definitly not ready for sex. As far as him going to jail.....well yeah...you are a minor and he is of legal age. Anytime you have a problem you should always talk to someone you can trust. The fact is, you should have been talking to someone and asking questions first then followed through with your choice. It is too late to turn back now....you have made a grown up decision to get into this situation...so make the mature decision to talk to your parents....it may seem like them being mad is as bad as it gets...but having a baby all on you own with no parental support and no boyfriend because he is in jail is even worst!
ps... you also need some help with relationships...no "boyfriend" that you should be dating would have put you in this type of situation

It is a question that should not be taken lightly. It is neither your decision or his....it's BOTH. I live in Kentucky and here if you are 16 years old you can consent to sex but if you're not it's statutory rape and the other person can go to jail.

if you said no its rape but either way its molestation you should put the baby up for adoption or abortion and the guy really doesnt know that he doesnt want a baby at this stage in his life
