If you are talking about the initial effects of damaging your body, introducing free radicals and putting stress on your liver and kidneys...YES you can by
1. NOT introducing any more of it into your system
2. Drinking water, pure water that is Steam Distilled or Reverse osmosis cleansed
3. Start and finish a detox program designed for your organs
4. Eat right, supplementing specifically for your internal organs
5. Get a little bit of sun each day to help with your natural endorphins and vitamin D...
For more info on those things look for a natural or homeopathic Doctor in your area and they can recommend a good regimen. Your body is designed to repair itself. ALL healing is SELF healing whether it is chemically induced or not... The Placebo effect proves that more than anything, so if you find your self in a state of DIS- ease then you should also look into a personal growth and creation. Take a look at my yahoo 360 page for some great books and films to help out with this in my opinion...
Good luck

DO NOT ingest any artificial sweetners whether it be nutrasweet (aspartame), Splenda (sucralose), Sweet and low (Sacchrin). I know someone who suffered from a stroke that was caused by too much artificial sweetner. Just eliminate them all from your diet and eat a healtful diet and exercise regularly. Good luck :)

Nurse answer: Yes, just stop eating/drinking it. If your symptoms don't dissipate, it wasn't the sweetener and you should see a Nurse Practitioner or Doctor.

Use only calcium saccharin as a non-sugar sweetener. Try to avoid damage to begin with.
