Take your favorite golf club and beat the party in front of you to death....hide their body in one of the nearby woods...and continue golfing....otherwise, yeah, you could play in the sand trap...

No. Disturbing the sand other than in the course of play is a violation of the rules of play.

yes i think you should but be very quiet while playing in the sand. And if you have the space you should carry the tools so you can have more fun. : )
