So to speak ...I am awake ...and I am not yet awake.
Maybe some day I will be awake ...AND awake.
Consider this Eastern understanding about being awake.
The individual who thinks he is awake is not awake and the person who knows he is not awake ... is AWAKE!

I'm tired now of thinking I might be awake ...and need to get some sleep.

Utah is awake and gorgeous with just a little snow left on the high mountains! Still, almost 98 degrees at 5000 feet elevation.
tripledigit67 It's OK, you aren't having a nightmare. Save your strength for when we have to help load up the illegals and drive the buses to southern Mexico for their "next stop". Our world is safe because America IS waking up and IS mad.............

On a level that's a rather existential question. In both a literal and existential sense, I am awake...or at least I hope I am. But then, I'm chatting with someone in Russia who SHOULD be asleep at this moment, so I guess, in a round-about way, that means I am awake.

we were asleep and when we woke up there were thousands of illegal aliens walking down the street carrying Mexican flags. I was hoping it was just a nightmare!
