Well there is alot of things God cannot do.

He can not do the impossible *If he could then they would not be the impossible*

He cannot make a rock both big and small (AKA the "Make a rock big enough he cannot move it" paradox)

He cannot break his own rules. (It would make Him a hypocrite and hypocrisy is a sin. Since God cannot sin, He cannot break his own rules.)

There are many such things that are not excluded from the definition of omnipotence. The most famous of which is the great Free Will vs. Omnipotence debate that is easy solved if you know that Free Will does not limit omnipotence. (It may seem that it does, but it really doesn't and I don't feel like getting into that complexity here)

Lie, flood the earth again, be in the presence of sin, contradict himself, hate.

James 1:13 (Whole Chapter)
Let no one say when he is tempted, " [Gen 22:1] I am being tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted by evil, and He Himself does not tempt anyone.

Um, he can't cook pancakes in the nude while listening to Aerosmith?

But for real, he can't lie. That's what the people who wrote the bible were for.

G*D is able to do anything. G*D will not do anything to compromise G*D's character. G*D is the only consistent One. The same as before Time as well as the same after Time.
