I really like this guy and he really likes me on the first date we didnt kiss. Later or the next day i told him every time i would think about him my lips would tingle because i wanted a kiss and we went on another date he went 4 the kiss and our lips touched but mine didnt open 2 make out i dont know what happened i felt so bad i apologized.

He probably caught you off guard. The best thing to do is if you go out again, you make the move to kiss him.
