Depending on what you have done. If you have cheated on her then forget about it. Even if she did take you back the relationship would never be the same.

If you just forgot something like an appointment with her or a birthday or anniversary then The best was I thing to make it up to her Is by first admitting to her that you went into temporary brain fog and then tell her how you still feel about her and then saying that it doesn't make up for what you have forgotten but can you take her out to a nice dinner anyways.

The answer to that isn't in your pants dude. lol
Meaning, if you want to make it up to her, know what she likes. Take time to listen when she talks and just put it into writing. Leave little notes around for her like a game for her to put together the pieces for the ending surprise. Dinner? Candle light moment? Or if she's anything like me, create an enchanted evening in yours/her backyard (if you can) and have a bubble machine blowing bubbles along with music that calms/soothes the spirit. Now, if she just happen to be in the mood for sex, then you please her in a way she's never been pleased. Touch her like she's velvet; whisper sweet nothings; caress her arm but barely touching her; and when she's all hot and steamed: calm yourself down enough to prolonge what she wants: you!

I hope this helps if not, hey? you can always play genie: her wish is your command! Good luck dude.

That depends on what you are trying to make up for. The making up has to make sense with whatever the mistake was so without knowing that i really can't help you however, I would strongly recommend not screwing up in the first place because you don't always get the chance to make up for things. One thing is for sure, sex makes up for very little when you are dealing with a woman, that is a mans answer to problems not a womans and it won't fix anything for her and just might make things a whole lot worse.

Try both but while having dinner let her know you are very sorry and you can admit being in the wrong. Then go home and give her long fulfilling oral sex.

Guys tend to think sex can make anything better, in fact.. it won't. It's a fleeting satisfaction. Focus more on the romatic dinner and conversation. Words are long lasting.

Sex is not the way to a girls heart.
Leave little notes around saying "I'm sorry" places you know she will see them. Let her stew over those for a while and then later show up with a rose, a note saying "Please forgive me" .... I think that is very romantic.

the best way to make up with a girl is to go up to her and apoligize. doing it personally instead of a letter shows that you really mean it and it takes alot of courage. apoligize and then do dinner because then both of you can enjoy the dinner.

"If you are genuine and really want to make up for whatever you did, tell her from your heart. And do it however you feel she would be the most responsive to you." "You should know her well enough to know what would touch her heart. And don't bother if you are not sincere. Let her go. ♥"
