Sexy isn't a look, it's an attitude. Many people confuse "sexy" with "beautiful". Most women who feel good about themselves are sexy, because their self-confidence shows in how they carry themselves. As for beautiful, I think most Filipinas are, but each guy has his own idea of what's beautiful. It's in the eye of the beholder, ya know.

well I think anyone can be sexy not just according to their race
that being said I am very attracted to asian women, the only thing is that I'm 6'4 so don't worry about being tall, I personally like taller asian women
