First of all, I reccomend you to practise your grammar. Commas and periods are your friends. It's hard to understand your question because of the poor punctuation.

Second, you're 11 years old, you're not into puberty yet which is when the famous growth spurt appears out of nowhere and before you know it; your voice is grave, you have acne, more hair and you're suddenly taller and you can't fit in your old clothes anymore.

Your parents aren't doctors I suppose so what do they know? You'd be surprised that just a few years ago everyone made fun of mothers saying their young children aren't obese. Until just a few years ago, moms though that a fat kid is a happy kid. With medical diseases associated with obesity being more than obvious that fat isn't healthy nor does it equal happiness (watch the movie Super Size Me to see for yourself that this is more than true), your parents are probably wrong.

Do you know your BMI? It's how much body mass you have which is calculated with your height and weight. I'm 5'0 and weigh a bit less than 100 pounds. I'm a very tiny slim person, but my BMI is perfectly normal at 19.5. A normal BMI ranges between 19-24. The higher your BMI, the greater the risks for diabetes and heart disease. 30 is considered obese.
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/

I think the BMI is a bit different with children, but it's basically the same calculation. Sadly BMI is worthless with thin people with big muscles, but it should be useful for you since you seem to be thin.

If you are really a bit underweight, ask your parents you would like to visit at nutritionist who can give you a special diet just for you so that you can gain the weight you need. It's also a good time to get into a sport you like.

I was just skin and bones as a kid and figure ice skating and weight lifting have given me some nice leg muscles and at least some meat on my scrawny arms. If you're going to practise a sport and practise hard, you'll have to eat more carbs like pasta and bread. Avoid the sugary artificial junk food.

some people eat less than others, but 70 llbs without a height doesn't give a true picture of a person. if you get full quickly eat smaller meals. Many people eat 5 meals a day, so 5 snacks a day really.Which is what i do and is worth a try. try eating some fresh fruit to stimulate your appetite then beg your mom to make your favourite meal , incl double helpings of DESSERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But if you are concerned about it keep a food diary for a week, make a note of everything you eat and drink. Then use that to judge if you're getting enough food for someone your age, height, body type, activity levels, etc .And ,esp., if there is a large difference between what you should be getting and what you are eating then discuss it with a professional.

Maybe try doing some physical activity, it stimulates the appetite. But if both your parents are concerned about it. Go see a GP or a nutritionist with your food diary and your Parents.

Sometimes, it's just a short-lived thing as your body adpats and begins to marture , some people bulk out then grow taller and others mature by growing taller and then they fill out so it could be nothing to be alarmed about but by getting a professional to advise you. Even if it's just so your folks know there's nothing wrong. And for them not to worry about.

And the big bonus for you is that there's one less thing a parent can hassle an 11 year old kid about:))

Now get that diary started and i suggest that you and your folks go see your family doc or a professional nutritionist

Well I don't know how tall you are, but 70lbs for an 11 year old sounds about right to me.
You should eat as much as you want to, and feel right about. I have several friends that think their kids should eat as much as they do. It isn't as though they are being mean I guess. They just don't realize little kids have little belly's. You might try sitting down with your parents and explaining this to them. Maybe one at a time if you need to do it that way. Or if you have an older sibling, aunt, uncle, grandma...any person you could go to that will mediate for you.
That "feeling" you get is the out of control feeling that starts a person on their way to an eating disorder. Make sure you aren't snacking too much between meals. Eat healthy. I know at 11, candy can be one of the main food groups! :) I remember.
The best thing you could do to stop this before it becomes a lifelong problem is to talk with someone you trust that can talk to your parents for you, if you don't feel like they listen to you.
Tell them you are serious. Sit them down on the sofa and look at them and tell them "I am serious. This is a problem." The will listen.
Good luck my dear!

Im 12 and i weigh about the same. My parents complain to! But sometimes its jsut that im not hungry! If your used to not eating much you get fuller faster because your stomache hasnt been stretched much in a while. So it could take time to be able to eat like most people. Just gradually eat more dont rush. I used to be anorexic (i no thats not your problem). And because i didnt eat hardly anything-- when i had realized what happend and tryed to fix it, it took a while. I visited a nutritionist. It helped alot!! Now, i became vegitarian after taht and because of not eating meat it helped me in a way that is harder to describe. I didnt get full and i didnt feel unhealthy. I no most kids dont like veggies and niether do i--- but you dont have to eat veggies to be vegitarian. Talk to a nutritionist about some of these ideas. They could give u a tasty meal plan that should suit you and you wont feel like your not eating enough. This really helped me out!! It works!! Good luck!!

No one should force you to do anything. But, you can't be defiant toward your parents either. If I were you I would try to get a counselor at school to talk to you and your parents about it. People come in all shapes and sizes. If you feel ok about how you look then you don't have an eating disorder. The key to gaining weight is called resistance training. You really need expert advice to get results with it. Eating before bed is how Sumo wrestlers get really fat, but you don't want to get fat, so I don't recommend that.

Can you tell your parents what you just said in here,or show it to them?
I think they should leave you alone at first.
You are 11 so I guess you understand that your parents are so worried about you .But they have to realize that they shouldn't force you to do something.
If they keep telling you to study, you would hate to study.
If they keep telling you to watch TV all day long ,you would hate watching TV.

I don't know how tall you are , but you wlii be ok!
I weigh 90 pounds and I am 5'5 tall.
