I'm just wondering if I should call a vet. He seems okay. He's not eatting that much today and lately he's been peeing at night (he was house broke). He's slept most of the day but right now he is playing. It wasn't a lot of discharge. I just noticed it while he was laying down. I

The discharge is most likely something called smegma, a normal preputial discharge of mucoid glycoproteins and dead epithelial cells. It isn't anything to worry about. But if he is urinating too frequently or inappropriately there could be something else wrong such as a urine infection.

It would be a good idea to see a vet, but greenish-yellow goo comes out of dog penises all the time. It is because it is in the sheath all the time.
And a 10 weeks old puppy is not housebroken. They will continue to have accidents for a while!!!!! They are too young still. Also most giant breeds will have days where they sleep all day. It seems to happen during a growth spurt.
He is probably due to see the vet anyway. Have them check it out.

Like most folks said, take him to the vet to see if he has an infection. My dalmatian had a similar symptom, and now he's on antibiotics and is all better. Your dane might have what our vet calls "pizzle rot" (isn't that lovely) which is a minor buildup of "stuff" that causes temporary symptoms. But just to be sure, have him checked out.

I'd take him to the vet, that way if it is an infection, the vet can help. If it's nothing to worry about, at least you'll know that he's ok.
