The assertion that illegals dont pay taxes is ridiculous. I am a tx preparer and a lot of my business is from illegals. Yes, I know, bad me. As long as someone can have a social security number assigned to their name taxes can be taken from their pay. Many years ago I worked in the payroll department for a large agriculture company. When they would hire someone illegal, the foremans had lists of social security numbers in their pockets that they could assign. Where they got them, I dont know. That is just 1 of the ways that big business operates and has been allowed to operate for years.

Come here legally and the tax money truly goes back into the system. Why would anyone illegal be proud that they pay into a system without the return? That's jusr it. They don't pay taxes. There R plenty of unscrouplous employers who are quite happy to pay them in cash so no taxes R paid. So the taxpayer is the 1 who gets the raw deal.
