that was 3 years ago, now it seems everything around gets eaten and there are now 14 of them, some from the area and more pups, well I think there is a problem with them eating all the demostic animals around, what is the best way to get rid of the pack with out shooting them with anything?

call up a zoo and see if they want to remove them also call your local wildlie athority as there is a removeal program that is reintroducing the wolves to national parks

If this is true then the only hope is an animal sanctuary, there are several that take wolves and wolf dogs on the web. Zoos will NOT take these animals. If they are already killing domestic animals and livestock then they have not been brought up and managed properly. This makes them dangerous, especially if they've learned not to fear people.
The only other option is to let animal control deal with them but they will likely be humanely euthanized.

If they kept them they need to get rid of them because that is illegal. If they did let them go and ar still being harassed by the animals then they need to call animal control. They will relocate the animals.

You need to contact fish and wildlife services and let them decide how to handle the problem, they may opt to relocate some of them. Wolves are protected animals and it is not your place to decide what to do with these wild animals, let the experts handle it.

Try contacting forestry or something along that line. They might be able to help relocate the wolves.
