my mum cant talk because she had a Little bubble on her brain that burst and a stroke?

my mum is in a home now and she cant walk or talk will she ever talk again

She might be able to walk and talk again. It just will take time. What does the doctor say?

most of the damage has already been done and I am sorry to hear about your mum..

She can still understand you though, so make sure she knows you love her.
