I used to have a great memory, but now I always feel cloudy. I'm thinking it might be a vitamin deficiency or the result of my less than steller diet. What vitamin should I take?

Depending on how old you are, this could mean that you have a disease process. If you are less than 50 years old, you should go to a doctor and mention this. Hypothyroidism is one disease that will effect the brain (and memory). You might do a search on it and see if there are other symptoms you have. Being treated for hypothyroidism will help you feel sharp again.

Otherwise, they say that gingko biloba is an herb that helps with that. But if you're very young, I'd see a doctor first.

a regular multivitamin should be enough. you should also think about other causes of your decreased memory like depression. please consult your doctor so he can help you find what the problem is.

(please don't take megadoses of Vit E (or any vitamin) because these are toxic in high doses)
