I realize bruises heal but hey I have some scars too. This is a part of me that believes in just that #1 guy that I could devote my life to but through all my trials I am loosing hope. How will I know if he is for real? My ex liked to play with my emotions and I was on guard most of the time, I had to be. I am healing and in the process jumping into parts of myself I love...discovering me. I enjoy hanging out with friends and family. If you have ever been cheeted on it is really difficult to trust. What do you think about reaching out again, how will you know he/she is safe to be with?

It is wise to be careful after you have experience your emotional scars from your previous relationship to think wisely before jumping again to find love. Some of us when we are in love or have a new love interest, we forget our family and friends and it is only when we are in trouble, we seek family and friends for comfort and support.

It is wise of you to hang out with family and friends as this is some thing no matter how much we are in love with some one should never forget. It will be very difficult to trust some one and you can turn your experience around, to lay your cards on the table and let your concerns be heard towards any love interest in the future.

Some times we have to dig deep into your self to find comfort and peace. At times a problematic love interest can make you feel like falling in some bottomless pit. It is like an Elevator with a glass bottom and all we can see is that we are going down into some black bottomless pit with no end in sight.

You can trust some one in the future, just be prudent and listen to your gut feelings in terms of a ( Red Flag).

You should never just jump. You should take it slow and steady... Slow and steady wins the race. :) Maybe you should just hop.
