Well, I remember when I was 11, I lived off it for 12 days in a row. Yep. Mum was working, and my sister and I were old enough to stay on our own through the summer, so, KD it was! Gotta be KD! So, yeah, between the KD (high in protein) and the pizza (all the 4 food groups), you can survive! :-)

no remember if this is definitely the Kraft sort or the different sort, if this is made with the powdered cheese, I call it Kraft Dinner. actual macaroni and cheese is lots greater advantageous and different, regardless of if this is greater convenient to make Kraft Dinner each and every so often.

You probably would survive, but you may end up with some nutrient deficiencies (i.e. you wouldn't be very healthy).

Any proper diet should include varied types of foods. KD alone (cheesy pasta), for instance, has inadequate fiber (eat your veggies) and vitamins (eat your fruits). Plus it doesn't have enough of all the protein components to build good muscles (eat meat).

Pizza probably is more balanced, if you have a deluxe pizza with the pizza dough, meats, tomato sauce, peppers, mushrooms, onions, cheese...

You can live on it but you'll starve your body of important nutrients.
