why are white people so rude to me just bcuz i am a muslim& i wear a scarf?

i mean i am white too i mean literally my dad is pollish & my mom is white .people look at me so stupid but it is white people that are total a holes i am a person that wears a scarf on my head so the f@*# what !!!am i big f#$@%^^& alien with giant as@ho%es for eyes? i have feelings too u know. i dont talk like sh$% to anyone why am i considered a freakshow? isnt this america land of the free???????????? i am not a terrorist i am not a freak i just choose for people to look at my face instead of what God blessed me with. who is the ones that are the real freaks???????????

Interesting that you express your religion by wearing a headscarf and still use such foul language. Do you worship your god with that mouth, too?

Maybe you're just generalizing about an entire race (one that you say you're part of, at that) because YOU are self-conscious about the headscarf. Either accept who/what you are or change it, but if you aren't comfortable then how can you expect other people to be?

Did it ever occur to you that maybe they are curious? Around here, anyway, it would be usual to see a white person wearing a headscarf, so I would probably look, too. That doesn't mean I hate you or I'm rude or anything, but that I'm seeing something different and I'm curious. If peoples' being curious is too much for you, then perhaps you should just stay home.

first of all may God bless u because u have chosen the right path and the right choice when u choose to wear the scarf(hijab). People who make fun of us(i mean as Muslim Women) just for wearing the scarf are damn freaked out and really fool! God ordered us to wear the scarf (even though i haven't worn yet coz i am still young) for one reason which is that he wants to protect us! He wants to protect Muslim women and protect their dignity too!!Isn't that great?? I believe in hijab and i am convinced! Nobody can change my mind about it and nobody can stop me even though they were making fun of me i guess that the best thing to do is to ignore! Cultural intolerance both ways! You and the people u live among. What prevents you from adopting the mores of the people you live among? Is a bare headed woman allowed anywhere in the mid-east? Finally scarves, chadors, veils or burquas are not 'religious' tenets or teachings but are 'social' rules created for the time and place that they were made for i.e. middle east about 14 centuries ago! Practice your religion but please do fit into the society that you do live in and dont try to emulate the dark ages.

its just because you are minority. think what would someone say in Iran when one of those really big fat americans with a football shirt walks on the street. the same would happen. Or an american girl, dressed like she just came out of MTV.
It´s just the cultural differences, and the manipulation of the american media that makes muslims and mexicans look so bad. They just dont understand why you do it. And dont say america is the land of the free, because its not true.

I don't know where you live, but I see Muslims almost on a daily basis and I don't look twice. I mean, who cares? Now, if it were a woman who had an exceptionally beautiful or heinous face, I might look twice, but the scarf is no big deal.

Yo don't say white people say some people because I am white and as long as you are respectful to me, **** your cool with me. One of my best friends is Muslim and I am Friends with his family and they are traditional in the sense the girls wear head dresses and what not. Don't know where you live but that would not be the treatment you'd get from me.
