To the one above me , you are so wrong. Every person being released from prison on any type of drug charge is required to register as a drug offender. And are given one week to do so. If they do not register it is a violation of parole and can be returned back in prison for 30 days up to a couple of months. I doubt you can get any list of offenders but your best bet would be at a parole office.

Registering as a drug offender in the city in which you reside upon release for any drug offense is mandatory not just for parolees, but for probationers as well. And you are required to keep that tiny slip of paper in your wallet at all times and present it to any peace officer who requests it, your probation/parole officer, the county workers at your local probation/parole office, and to the administrators of any court order drug program you may have had to enroll in. But I don't know where you would find an entire list of registered Calif. drug offenders in one place. Be interesting to know why you want a list such as that. Hope it would be for a good purpose. If they have to go on public record for what they've done, shouldn't you explain your interest in it? Come on....

Do the register drug offenders? I know sex offenders are required to register, but I've never heard of a registered drug offender.
