Sure. Take 1 pound ground beef and place in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to suit your tastes. Add a tablespoon or so of worcestershire sauce and a tablespoon or so of liquid smoke. Mix together well. Shape into individual patties. Grill over charcoal. Never pressing down on the patties while they're cooking so they will be juicy when done. Don't forget to toast the buns on the grill too. Top with cheese the last minute or so if desired. Place on buns and add a leaf or two of lettuce and the condiments of your choice. Eat and enjoy.

Of course. McDonald's burgers are some of the lowest quality around.
Simply make a half-pound patty, sprinkle it with peppercorn. When it's done, top it with fried onions, mushrooms, and swiss cheese. Garnish with whatever you like.
