What downloading client is good, fast, free and does not give you spyware!?! I have Ares and Limewire but both seem to give me loads of spyware??

well try to use client written in C or C++...like BItCOMET, Utorrent, ABC....
these r light application......and run better then wht u hv...
i hv been tryin them for about a year almost no problem at all....

P2P networks are riddled with spyware, viruses and other forms or malware. You're best defense is not using them at all. If you must use them, make sure you have a good anti-virus program and a few anti-spyware programs. Make sure they are up to date.

Use Azureus torrent client and for torrent sources download them from www.isohunt.com. Also to know more abt how torrents work try out www.wikipedia.org
