It totally depends on your lifestyle, your history with weightloss, your dedication and your health condition. I lost 20 pound in 30 days when I was 15. I was about 50 pounds over weight. I ate one package of ramen noodles a day and drank nothing but water. South beach diet would work better though and you get to eat lots of food.
This question is dependant on a large range of variables and couldn't be anwered correctly without knowing them.

Stay on a high protein low fat low carb 1200 calories per day and by the end of each week should be 2 1/2 pounds.
About 2 months. 10 pounds a month is a lot
run, play tennis, ride the bike.

well that depends on weather you want it to be a crash diet short term loss or a i'm in it for the long haul loss, if you just want to loose it for a special occasion give yoursel about 3 weeks and it'll be gone, but the methods to do this aren't healthy, if you want it gone for good, you should aim to loose about 2 pounds a week by changing the portions of foods you eat to more reasonable ones and exercising at least 30 min. a day

Normally about a month.
However, if you really wanted to loose weight, you can just take a knife and start cutting fat off your body and then throw it in a pan and cook it and feed it to the blind kid down the street.
But that wold be really sick. I can't believe that you would even suggest it.
