The soul is or was what allows us to think & feel. remember and reason. Our personality, individuality, and our humanity originate from the soul. Is this possible, especialy if the soul predates our birth? Any indication what our soul could look like?

Absolutely. The survival of the soul - and its eternity - is the process of reincarnation. The soul is energy, which exists in another dimension that overlaps the dimension of the living. Many Christians are aware of the truth of reincarnation.

That's an excellent question Zorro. Our soul does predate our birth, but by how much, no one knows. Some say it has always existed, i personally believe that our souls are in heaven with god for a short period of time, before they are sent to occupy a body here on earth. I don't think our soul looks like anything, really. It is mainly our thought process, and i don't think it is tangible. I think that there are many questions, much like this one, that only God knows the answer to, and i am okay with that. Soon enough, we will be filled with all the knowledge that we need.

God bless you.

Here is an unexpected answer. Our soul predates us. According to near-death experiencers (PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY DIED AND CAME BACK TO LIFE IN THE SAME [1] BODY) say our soul is as our look in the physical world, but more like a silhouette. Our soul never dies, just some don't make it to heaven right after physical death, which it can stay around earth or go to hell.
Note: Hell is not how you might expect it to be!!!!
Also: Our soul is a body for the spirit. Our physical body traps our soul, and our soul body traps our spirit. Notice we are 3 in 1 just as GOD is, that is why Jesus Christ say we are gods in John 10:34. We need all 3 to make this just 1.

The soul doesn't surviive death. "The soul that is sinning—it itself will die" (Ezekiel 18: 20) The soul refers to people, animals, and the life that a person or an animal enjoys. (1 Peter 3:20) (Genesis 1:20,24) (Exodus 4:19)
"And Jehovah God proceeded to form the man out of dust from the ground and to blow into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man came to be a LIVING soul." (Genesis 2:7)

The soul consists of a body and a spirit. Mortality combines both of these attributes along with a gender. Mortal bodies have flesh, bone, and blood. When the spirit leaves the body, the elements break down and return back to the earth. During the resurrection all men will receive perfected bodies or celestialized bodies. These bodies will be similar in likeness to our own bodies on earth but will not inherit corruption (sickness, disease, deformity). Before mortality, or life on earth, we did not have physical bodies, we were personages of spirit. Spirit children of God who did not have bodies of flesh and bone. As we all had different intelligences we all had spirits that were different as well. Whatever intelligence we assign to in this life will follow with us in the next. So if one were to do good in this lifetime it would be to his benefit in eternity. Mostly, we came here to progress and live by faith. Also, after the resurrection we will not have blood, this is also a condition of mortality.

Those who have passed on continue in their progression in the spirit world until the resurrection. Work is done here on earth in their behalf and they are awaiting reunion with all of us.

First ask what is a soul. Soul is an invention of men. You were born of a wonderful mother who wanted you. Isn't that enough.
Wild speculation about the soul and yourself is not worth you time.

Our soul would only be visible in us as individuals, I think the Soul is formed in this life, that is Our Personality.

Only God knows what the soul looks like, we'll find out(saved christians) when we get to Heaven and have our new bodies, I think. It says in the bible, that when we die "the body returns to the dust from which it was made, and the spirit returns to the one who gave it." I believe when God breathes life into us, He is giving us our soul.

Our soul is the only thing that we take with us when we leave our Earthly bodies. And I am sure no one knows what a soul would look like, although I am sure God does, but I beleve we will only know that on the day we meet our maker.

No. The spirit doesn't exist before us except for in God's mind. The spirit is created at the moment of conception, and never ends.
