First, my mom cut my long, black hair off right before I started kindergarten. You know, when you first meet the people you'll go to school with for the next decade + and when popularity is initially determined so where you rank is where you stay throughout school and it's all based on appearance...yeah, so instead of looking pretty, I looked like a little boy...and she kept giving secret orders to my hair stylist to keep cutting it short, while she told me she'd let me grow it (so people would stop calling me a dyke and making fun of me every day) and I rocked the same haircut as my brother for the next 4 years. Then in 4th grade, she decided that I needed a perm. I didn't want a perm, but she insisted or I'd get the 6 inches of hair I'd manage to grow cut off...yeah...this was back when "The Golden Girls" was popular...people called me "Sophia" for the next 2 years...you can imagine how "cute" and "precious" (her words) I looked...my mother is the devil...

My mom decided to cut my hair in about 3rd grade... She wanted it shorter and kept messing up, so she'd take a little off one side to make up for the mess up on the other and vise versa. I ended up having this super short haircut that kind of made my whole head look round. I cried and I wasn't a really girly girl so you know it had to be bad If I was this upset over hair!

Yes but I was told it was not a punishment. It was sociably correct to have a hair cut that way and to have it all my natural hair colour. that was decades ago when I punked out for a while in my life. My spikes got chopped and my hair went natural.

dude, Im 15 and my dad still makes me do stuff like that. My friends and I were starting a band and I wanted to get a John-Lennon sort of haircut, and when I got it my dad screamed at me and told me I looked like a hippie-bum. Then he made me get it cut.
But now it doesnt matter, cuz I dont live with him anymore. I had my GF dye it black and put extensions in. Fun-Fun!

My aunt wouldn't let me get my hair relaxed, and she made me get the same hair style over and over and over again and again and again...Pressed and Curled...I eventually got tired of it the fourth time CONSECUTIVELY...but I couldn't tell her because I didn't want to hurt her feelings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
