Get it trimmed every 6-8 weeks. Getting rid of the split ends will help grow long, healthy hair.

Vitamin B complex, Pre natal vitamins, and vitamins high in Biotin are a good start. Scalp massages to get the blood flowing to the scalp. I try to keep as much heat off of my hair as possible, and I trim it often. I don't cut, but I trim way less than what grows.

Regular trims and hair vitamins with Biotin more water and better kinds of fats. Like olive oil and or Avacado. (No, not on your head) eating them. There are studies that say there are little to no benefits to putting anything on your head topically that actually does any good because once your hair leaves the folicle, it dies... Something dead can't assimilate nutrients so you have to feed the folicle itself to help support the weight of the dead hair.
