My aunt gave me this one years ago.

Pork Chops.
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Season the chops with salt and pepper to suit your taste.
Brown chops in an oven proof skillet with a little olive oil.
Pour a can of condensed chicken noodle soup over the chops, distributing noodles evenly among the chops.
Place skillet in oven for 30 minutes or until the chops are done.

I would add the following side dishes.

In a pot on the stove, add 2 cups chicken broth and 1 cup rice.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove cover and fluff with fork.
Let stand 5 minutes more.

Tomatoes. 1 per person. Slice tomatoes, add salt and pepper to taste, arrange on a serving plate and drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. If you have some mozzarella on hand, add that to the tomatoes. Yummy!

There you go. Not much work to that. Quick and easy.

Good luck and good eating.

Really easy, very good dinner...
4-5 boneless chicken breasts(cut the fat off)
1 bag of lipton rice (mushroom or brocoli I use)
1 small soup can of cream of mushroom or brocoli (whichever kind of rice you use)
"I can't believe its not butter"(or whatever kind)
Milk (i use skim)-pne soup can full

*Pre-heat the oven to 350.
*In a bowl, mix the soup can, milk, and butter together. Add the rice and mix with a fork.
In a baking pan, put the rice mix in and add the chicken. A dash of salt and pepper then put aluminum foil on top. Bake for 1 hour. Enjoy...

I have a graet dessert recipe.

1 box of Ice cream sandwiches
1 container of whipped topping ( kool Whip )
2 bags of crushed heath bar ( you can also buy heath miniatures and crush in a blender or food processor)

First Line the bottom of a pan with the ice cream sandwiches, then add a layer of whipped topping, then more sandwiches, whipped topping and sprinkle heath crumbles over the top. it tastes great and is fast to make. Kepp frozen, until ready.

Chicken breasts in a Pyrex pan with a little butter in the bottom, bake that until almost done, turning them over so both sides brown. Drain off excess fat. Pour bottled BBQ sauce (just to cover) on top and bake a while longer.

Low fat and easy, too.
