Either a child, or a British sports car. Not sure which, they are both high maintenance and make people too young to have them regret starting so soon, as well as making older people feel like they are new again.

A nipple to suck on. Not trying to get myself reported, but think about it, a baby that breast-feeds is getting nutrition, and therefore will grow older. An old man who's having sex will feel younger.
