Me and my boyfriend decided to take a break for the summer while I was on vacation. So I ended up meeting a guy here and we dated and kissed. Is this considered cheating? and should I tell him?

Did you establish any ground rules for your "break," or even define what each of you meant by "break?"
For all you know, he's meeting and dating and kissing other girls. Will you consider that cheating? Would you want him to tell you? Good luck. Breaks are dangerous--ask Rachel and Ross!

No definitely not cheating, he is obviously wanting to do the same thing as you have done; but do nto tell him what you got up to.
Most men are hypocrites and will be upset about you doing it.
