Yes we must save civilization from the crazed religious freaks who want to destroy eveything and everybody for their stupid little story book heroes. Keep rebuliding that wall of separation between the state and religion, we must never let it fall or we are all doomed. Religious moderates must join up with atheists in this and stop the religious fundamentalist's who are ruining our world with their pontless uncompromising strife.

why does the world need atheists? they are people who don't believe and can't ever find anything out about life except to take whatever you can whenever you can... i don't think that's what its all about, its about letting God lead your life and... to be honest, i don't think the world needs atheists, there's more to the heart than that, and if i was an atheist... i know i'd be looking for something my whole life and i wouldn't know what exactly it was... but its like i could never be satisfied and like i never can get enough... there's like an empty space in my heart... but i accepted God and its like i'm never empty again, and he's with me everywhere, just give a chance to believe.... i hope you realize that it gives so much more meaning to life when you believe in GOd and love him with all your heart... also, wouldn't it be horrible if you didn't believe in a God and when you die, you find out that God truly is real.... isn't that worse than believing in a God and having your life feel so complete and you couldn't want more and then find out there isn't a God... its almost challenging you to believe, but only one person can make that decision, and that is YOU... i hope you make the right one, i know i did!!! Im atheist and so is my mother... we are usually questioned all the time and our beliefs are hardly ever enjoyed by my friends. The world would probably be a better place without religion ... but just a safer one.. it would be boring tho

Without atheism, how do we understand what theism is..Without knowing darkness how can we know light and vice- versa.So all are required, the good, the bad, the ugly. the beautiful etc.including the atheists

Yes but i fear the religious fanatics will wipe out the human race regardless. Sometimes I hope that they are correct about the rapture so that Jebus comes and takes them all away.
