Abortion is legal in every state, although a few - especially South Cakota - are mounting legal challenges to the law.

Your problem is finding a clinic that can properly help you.

Anti-abortion activists have made it very difficult to get an abortion in Florida. The best thing to do is to call your local Planned Parenthood office and ask them for information.

There are a couple of clinics in Jacksonville that still work with women about abortion.

Unfortunately, fanatics have made this choice very difficult around the country, but it is still your decision. It's not always the best choice, but it should remain a choice.

Good luck.

You could ask your doctor if it is legal in Florida. In Texas it is legal for adults and if youre under aged (younger than 17) you may go with a parent. I suspect that you could call to the local police department and ask them directly, this would be the easiest way to find out. If you want to call them and block the number look up the number for the local police department and when you dial the non emergency number first dial *67 then the number and this will put your call through to them, but your phone number wont be displayed on their equipment. I hope that if you need help with this you will seek out advice from either a parent or a church memeber or someone else close to you who can help you through a very difficult decision.
If there is not someone there that you trust to talk to then please feel free to email me back. I have found it is sometimes easier to talk to a stranger about somethings, getting a fairly un biased opinion this way and there will be less judgemental arguments about your decision in the end. This is a very improtant thing youre asking about and I hope you choose carefully after weighing all of the options. Good Luck!!!!

Planned Parenthood has abortion clinics that run far below the medical standards of the average hospital or Dr's office and have been convicted of prescribing unnecessary drugs. They also have a monetary interest in causing abortions to take place.

Abortion is legal in the United States of America.

There may be certain restrictions or notification requirements depending on the state you live in.

Most jurisdictions allow abortion under some conditions like if the life or well being of the mother us jeopardized. The well being must be determined between the mother and her doctor.

Yes, and to find a safe, reputable clinic call 1-800-772-9100. They will not judge you (unlike the baboons here!) and will respect any choice you make, be it parenting, adoption, or abortion.

Good luck my dear!
