It is normal actually. Afterwards there is a release of relaxing feeling which makes the guy sleepy and he is satisfied. It is very good that he cuddles you.

Job well done is right! Once it's over we get extremely relaxed and feel at peace. This makes us want to sleep.

It means he's totally normal. That's what guys do alot. Especially if he works hard during the day - after good sex - he's tired. Don't stress over it. It's totally normal.
