One tee shirt read, " An awkward morning is better than a boring night". There were others I read that I cannot remember, but I see guys wearing these all the time when I go out.

Sometimes there will be a guy with our group wearing a similar t-shirt. I'll say to myself, " Wow, he is really a nice guy, but that t-shirt is a real turn-off." It only makes me think of 1 thing. That he is a sleazy hobag that needs to get laid.

Don't you think that other women would think the same? I know that is what some guys are out there for, but to put it out there like that on a t-shirt looks trashy. Don't you agree?

I feel really bad when a nice looking guy with a nice upbeat personality is wearing a shirt like this. I say to myself, "Doesn't he think more of himself than than that?"

What do all of you think of this?

Well, keep in mind, the shirt COULD be a joke. But I agree, it's generally in bad taste to wear a billboard promoting that you are just looking for a one-night-stand and have no interest in a relationship. I wouldn't want to wear a shirt that might give that impression, specifically because of women like you!

I think a lot of guys who wear those shirts just don't put themselves in a girl's shoes. They don't think of what impact it will have when the first impression a girl gets is "you wanna piece of this?" or something along those lines. It's kind of like using a cheesy pickup line, only worse...you have no choice but to say it to every girl who sees your shirt.

On the other hand, maybe it's the exact impression they want to make. Maybe they are looking for a girl who wants a one-night-stand and nothing else (and God knows there are plenty of those women, too). In that case, you gotta at least give them credit for being honest.

It sounds like you may have already answered your own question... I have a shirt that honors the native Americans by using the warriors pictures and elders that says OUR FOUNDING FATHERS. Instead of the presidential faces on the monument it showed elders of various tribes. This is something I honor and believe in. I used to wear practice nonviolence w/Gandhi's face and yes I mind if you smoke. You can't beat a woman pins anyway you get the idea. That's me.

well, i dont have an opinion on the shirts other than it brings your attention to them which is their altimate goal, I like the shirt that says "coke, good all the way down" cause it makes you wonder what it means and it will stay in your mind, then you wont forget the person wearing it, which by the way is another goal that people want others to do. people are smart who make the shirts.

i agree with you. it would make me change my mind in a heart beat. i don't wanna voluntarily put myself out there to be used and abused when the guy is wearing a big warning sign.
