I relize anytime I have sex I get Really tired. Does this happen to anyone else or is it just me?

We all get tired after sex. Normal.

The main reason we get so tired after sex is because, when having sex our breathing patterns change causing the body to receive less amounts of o2. Common side effects of lower oxygen levels are: a sense of being light headed and the sense of being tired

yea and i think if ur a guy its especially true. my bf falls asleep right away cuz it really just drains u out. its normal tho i've read that in psychology and health classes i've taken so don't worry its absolutely normal. u should worry more if u are never sleepy after sex, that must mean something is not being done right.

Not for me. Not tired enough that I sleep. I get a lil out of breath, but im ready for more in a couple minutes!

You need a break, relax yourself before sex. Perhaps your are too stress up. It is more physology then phyhical tireness. Don worry man, no big harm.

it happens to most people, sex is a way of relieving tension and relaxing, so u will be tired afterwards. But don't just go straight to sleep after it, talk with your partner if they want, if not, nighty nite...enjoy.....

this is just normal because you use up a lot of energy during sexual intercourse. think about all the movements and the intense moment, your muscles moving...it's normal to be tired after that.

I'm pretty sure ur not the only one. when u get married and have kids, things start 2 change even more, so no ur not alone.
