Nothing. Intelligence quotient is not necessarily a factor in determining one's ability to be a leader. In some instances, the higher IQ could possibly be a hindrance. The more intelligent people are from the normal range, the more they tend to see others as being broken, and think of ways to fix them, or make them more like a clone of them. You can't fix people. You can only modify unacceptable behaviors.
The lower IQs' would probably not accept someone who is so far removed from them.
They wouldn't feel a connection with a leader who doesn't seem to understand them.
Wheras the 128 would have more of a connection with others, and would be able to help and understand more about their circumstances. Both can work well under pressure, but the more pressure that the 228 would put upon themselves would probably exceed the normal limit.

I don't remember what the highest IQ is, but I know 228 exceeds the highest possible score. I say this guy is a Super Duper Genius. The other 'leader' is a liar if he claims to have an IQ of 128, because if he were that intelligent, (128 is just above average )he should notice this 228 inaccuracy. Not much difference they are the same: both are MIS-LEADERS. ( ha ha ha don't follow the mis-leaders!)

OR: the difference in these great leaders is 100 IQ points. that is all.

The one who has a 228 is more intelligent than the highest IQ possible. Aside from that the information is not enough to give a good answer.

yes, sometimes a person with too high an IQ will not be a good leader because they live in abstact thinking.

Pure IQ is no determination for any thing except IQ. ability to lead or manage requires many other qualities also

I would say there is a difference in IQ of 100. Otherwise, one is a genius, the other is not.

Most genius' do not have common sense and are unable to reason as if they do.. so most often someone with a lower IQ and street smarts can stand their ground against them easily.
