Not necessarily, it depends on each woman and what kind of hymen they have. Personally, it did not hurt me at all.

I did not bleed either; it's a myth that all women should bleed on thier 1st time so don't feel bad if you don't. Again, it al depends on the hymen.

Yes it hurts the first time and a little the 2nd and maybe even the 3rd time because the man is breaking throught the hymen (a piece of tissue) in the female's body. You will also have a little blood on your underwear within the first 48 hrs after making love for the first time. Don't do it until you are with the right person and use protection unless you are getting married and want children right away.
