Most people hate excersizing because it can be so freaking boring. I always found running on the treadmill as boring as hell. But I really enjoyed weight training. So I took one thing that I reasonably enjoyed, weight training, and took one of my favorite things to do, mountain biking, and created a a workout out of it. Youre 13 so I dont know if your parents will let you try mountain biking, but it is like dirt biking, but with a bike instead. You don't need to do anything axtreme, but it sure is one freaking fun bumpy fast ride.

Another useful tip for getting into excersizing is having a friend go along with you. Take em with you on a hike on a trail, on the treadmill, or just running around the city. And get to some Teenage dance clubs, that always works also.

I believe that it is all in your mind as to what you really want and how bad you want it. Setting a goal and sticking to it means your in control on how it happen or not happen. Write down the things you want to achieve and what you can do to get it. If it is setting your alarm at 6am and run or walk for so far that morning then you have the power to either turn the alarm off and go back to sleep or get up and say I really want to be more healthy after awhile it will start to be a habit with you and not such a struggle as it was when you first started, and you will see results in feeling and looking better. Good Luck.

First off, tanning will not get you any healthier. . . the UV and UB rays often trigger skin cancers over time and is best to avoid the tanning booth and extreme sun, always use a sunscreen with at least an SPF of 15.......

Will-power is the only thing that will get you up off the couch and out of bed.... find the strength within yourself and maybe that will encourage your friends, and then you could have an exercise buddy.

Take 5 minutes to read this page for tens. When tanning just make sure you get only a lttle sunburn. As your skin gets darker you can get more and more sun. If you see cutters on this send them to this.
