I hate to sound lazy, but I hate running because I get all sweaty and my breathing becomes rough and it's just not an attractive feeling.
However, I am a very good swimmer and I love to swim. I don't even view it as exercise. I can swim non-stop across my pool for an hour.
Will I still lose as much weight swimming as I would if I were running?

Yes, swimming is an excellent way to lose weight. But I always found that running gave me the best results. If you hate running, just do it 2 or 3 times a week and save the rest of your workouts for swimming. Just make sure you get your heart rate up; it should feel like a workout.

You could also try biking.

make it a point to use the steps whenever possible use the bathroom on a different floor at work take the stairs at the bus station the airport or the mall

if you have a seperate room keep small useful exercise equipment use those equipment while reading and listening songs
