I know this guy who has liked me for a long time but only recently made a move on me. We started fooling around recently. Both of us have really busy schedules, so we don't do any of the "dating" things. Now, I'm beginning to think this is turning into a booty call situation and I don't want to do that. I really like this guy too. What should I do?

You have to put the genie back in the bottle. Thats a tough trick to manage. He's already getting the goodies and now you have to take them away from him. If you want to turn it into a dating thing, you have to tell him. Be honest, be kind and be firm in what you want. You'll know whether you're only a booty call to him by how he reacts; does he get mad and mean? does he stop calling? does he smile and say something like "OK, lets slow down and do some dating stuff". A busy schedule can easily be made less busy for that special someone, giving stuff up doesn't seem like a sacrifice when its for love. And thats what you want isn't it? Love with a capital 'L'? Don't settle for less. Ever. Life is too short. And keep it in your pants until you know what his intentions are. Good luck.

Don't give up the tang to him. If he's interested in more, he'll let you know... if he's not, it's better to drop him before you get hurt.
