Percocet is stronger of the two so it will work better if you are not in to much pain use the vicoden.

I always got percocet when I got my wisdom teeth cut out and I loved them. My mom would come in and wake me to change my gauze, give me my percocet and I'd go right back to lala land. That's all I remember.

I suffer from migraines and have used percocet and vicoden. I really don't see any difference in them at all.
