How do you express your anger? How intense does it feel? Because anger is a very natural and normal feeling. Yup, you're human! :) It's how you react to anger that makes all the diff. 'Rents can be a pain, but for the most part they DO their best for you.
What helps me the most was music. I would (and still do) blast my Pantera, Slipknot, Fear Factor, Zombie... you get the idea; untill my rage ran out. It only takes a song or two. After awhile, it will only take a few minutes for your anger to be released instead of a whole song. BE SURE to NOT KEEP IT BOTTLED INSIDE!! That hurts you and everyone else around you more. Especially in the long run
Something else to try would be to keep a journal. When I'm mad or depressed, writing it down helps. And keep posting here. You are not alone, and there's usually someone here to talk to. Take care of yourself and good luck!

You are angry because you feel you have no control over the situation or can do anything about it. Anger is the way you choose to deal with conflict. But it can be destructive and it doesn't accomplish anything accept hurt those around you (you say hurtful things that you regret when your angry) and stress yourself out even more. Try taking a breath when you feel yourself boiling and walk away from the situation. When you are calm, let the person know why you were upset in a calm state. If you can't deal, then get therapy to help deal with it in a constructive manner before it rules your adult life and every relationship you encounter: school, work, girlfriend, etc.
Hope this helps.

You are mad because they are stupid; but if they are really stupid, then you should feel sorry for them. If you are a Christian, you should forgive others because you know God wants to forgive you. If you are not a Christian, you should realize that getting mad when wronged gives the other person grounds to accuse you of wronging them. If none of this works, just be mad, but don't say anything until you've waited 10 minutes or so and had a chance to cool off and respond with your brain, and not your angry heart.

I use to get angry and blow my stack over nothing... Now I am more calm and collected... One gets angry out of frustration or fear. Now-a-days I just walk away...and avoid all confrontation. I have grown up and realized I dont have to win every argument. Another thing...stay away from people who act tough. They are bad influence. When it comes to parents: try and understand them...they too have lots of pressures on themselves and we dont need to ad to it. Be more humble and think that the King of kings was humiliated and abused and only once did he really got angry (At the Temple)... I hope this helps...

Try walking away and giving yourself some time to calm down before you respond. Just say, as calmly as you can, "I need to walk away from this for a while. I will come back when I've calmed down." Go read a book, watch tv, play video games, or just sit quietly. When you've got your feelings under control, go back and talk rationally with whomever made you angry.

One common reason for quick anger is excessive pride. People who are very proud of themselves often become very angry when others criticize them and don't recognize their self-perceived greatness.
Try cutting back on your feelings of pride. And this will probably help you decrease your feelings of anger at others.

i'll try to use this space wisely..
you can get angry, hit the roof on any creature but your parents..
they are the reason for your being in this life after the will of the God...
you can unload your bad feelings by kicking anything like a ball or even a wall..practise some violent sports.....do something useful..............................................................
but don't...... ever.......never......hurt innocent people.....
they don't deserve that from you, do they?!!
