Try one their good. Just bring some water to boil and then turn down to a simmer. Add about a teaspoon of vineger to the water. This will help the egg white stay together. Break egg and slowly drop into the water. Cook for about 3 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon. Serve over an english muffin with hollandaise sauce and you have eggs benedict. The incredible edible egg!!!

poached eggs are very good, and a pure taste, as they are not cooked in butter.
But you get less white than yolk,as the white seperates a little.
Its a little tricky to cook them takes pratice, but well worth it. You need a deep fry-pan. fill with water and bring to a boil.
Lower heat just a little, remove pan an crack egg onto a saucer then gently slide into boiling water return to heat and cook until there is no more slime on egg but not to the point that the yolk gets set.
You could put a few drops of vinagere in the water first to help hold the white together.

Poaching is basically boiling...You just take the egg out of the pan before it acutally boils. So the egg tastes the same but the whites are thicker, and lighter.

Here is the best way to answer your question...

If you want to know what the ocean feels like, what do you do? If you want to know how you'd look in that beautiful jacket in the store window, what will you do? If you want to know if that coffee shop has good service, how can you find out?

Um, so, grasshopper. Get it? Understand? Good. I know you do. Very Zen. True? Yes. Why? Simple. Everyone has their own eyes, ears, tongue, etc. Have a wonderful day, yes? Of course yes!

Bye, bye, J

Ah, also, always remember,...Today, I shall be just as happy as I decide to be. Very important. Okay? Good!

A poached egg is low in fat because it's not fried. It's cooked in boiling water, done in a pan. I guess it tastes much like a boiled egg.

it's very good and a healthy choice- almost like a regular fried egg, but they use water instead of oil or butter... try eggs benedict, that's what they (are supposed to) use to make it.
