For the time being, just view him telling you that he love you as a formality of words saying ( He Love You ). It is one thing to say you love some one, and quite another thing to prove it in a realistic way.
Continue as usual as if he never told you so and listen to your gut feelings and move from there.

well it depends on how you feel about him. are you ready to say i love you back to him? if not then let him know how you feel. let him know you don't want to move too fast. if he still doesn't respect how you feel then he wants more than love from you. so becareful
