You could start by not using meth.

But.. depending on how much you used it could take a week or so.
I know cannibis takes 3 days.

It stays in your blood for 28 days .It stays in your urine for 14 days .It stays in your hair forever.Stay away from that stuff it's big TROUBLE.Using just once,ill stay with you forever.It's way bad garbage.And by the way canibis takes 30 days not 3.
